The short answer
Both are chosen for the same reason, a lean look without water, and they get there differently. Masteron is drostanolone, DHT derived, does not aromatise and acts as a mild aromatase inhibitor of its own. Primobolan is methenolone, aromatises minimally rather than not at all, and runs on a far longer curve of 10 to 14 days against 2 to 4.5 days for the Masteron esters. Masteron is the harder, more immediate compound; Primobolan is the slower and milder one, and the more expensive per milligram.
